Axiom ME is dedicated to analyze, criticize and advise on various projects in the aid and development sectors implemented in complex environments. Based on our team members previous experience of project implementation with UN and NGOs, we provide consultancy services with practical, realistic, and feasible levels of understanding.

In order to not fall into the trap of theoretical advisory, we also propose capacity building for you the client and take responsibility on the output inducing to nuance the approach to reach expected results and to develop a result based capacity building approach. We notably trained the ministries of health (Mogadishu, Garowe, Hargeisa) and their NGO implementing partners on financial management. We also train the UNODC team on M&E systems.

As M&E is also contributing to better handling risks related to implementing projects in hard to reach, isolated and complex areas, we provide guarantees on safe use of the funds, respect of implementation standard, respect of reporting standard, etc. Axiom ME has built its internal quality system with sophisticated dedicated systems to control funds management and quality assurance.
